We believe conscious movement is essential to our mental, spiritual and physical health.  It is with that belief that we dedicate this conscious dance practice to the North Kohala community and all that it touches. May we remember what it is like to be ourselves.

The Big Island has a robust Ecstatic dance community on the Puna side of the island with Kalani, the birthplace of Ecstatic Dance. Rhythm Sanctuary Kohala officially started in January of 2025 to meet the need for a conscious dance venue on the north side of the Big Island.
